Neil Marine S Foam (Pvt) Ltd was founded in 1989 by the late Mr. Neil Fernando, a pioneer in Sri Lanka’s boat-building industry. Seeing the rising need for Styrofoam boxes used in fish storage and transport, he expanded into foam production, beginning in Katunayake and later relocating to Negombo and then to a permanent facility in Sapugaskanda in 1997. The company evolved into a dedicated manufacturer of Polyfoam and Styrofoam sheets, cushions, mattresses, boxes, and buoys, equipped with advanced machinery to ensure quality and efficiency. Guided by Mr. Fernando’s commitment to innovation and uncompromising quality, the company has grown into one of Sri Lanka’s leading foam product manufacturers.
